Akainu

Here is the latest fan art I did for onepiece. Akainu is the highest ranking admiral in the series, and to me he's one of the greatest villains of all time. He killed luffy's brother so there is bound to be a great showdown/duel in the last episodes.

The main challenge in this piece was the task of combining the cartoon like style with 3d real shading. I wish to stay faithful to the original anime style but also want to add elements of 3d real shading to it. There is no doubt that this is very difficult task, but I wish to achieve it.
